RETURN POLICIES

RETURN PROCEDURE:

​You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your purchases.

Items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition (no returns will be accepted if the item has been worn and/or washed).

Returns are made via La Poste. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Sale items, promotional items, or clearance items cannot be returned (including the "defective" category). 

We do not cover the loss/theft of a parcel. No refund will be issued.

​REFUND

​Once your return has been received, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 days.

Your bank account will be credited with the total amount of the returned items.
